The project will include acquisition of the UCP Solution, installation and implementation services, and training for DOR IT and business staff who will support and use the new system. The UCP Solution is expected to: Be flexible, scalable, and efficient and easier for DOR staff to support and use. Increase customer satisfaction by making the application easier and more efficient to use for both holders of unclaimed property and claimants. Provide efficiencies for DOR staff who process reports of unclaimed property, audits of unclaimed property holders, and claims filed by potential owners. Increase the ability to prevent potential fraud by having better security built into the application and improved internal controls in place.
