Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Surface Water System Capacity Modeling Plan Development. a. Review 2018 Surface Water Master Plan, specifically Appendix E: Hydrologic and Hydraulic Modeling TMs.b. Establish minimum levels of data required for capacity analysis and identify areas where data gaps exist. c. Prioritize and develop schedule of capacity analysis for sub-basins based on criticality to development and capital improvement projects, as well as the level of data to be collected. Include cost estimates based on data collection required for each sub-basin. d. Evaluate system capacity modeling software available on the market for best fit for City of Shoreline’s needs. 2. Perform System Capacity Modeling Plan on an identified Sub-Basin. a. Identify the sub-basin with highest quality of expected outcome to serve as an example for future implementation of the Surface Water System Capacity Modeling Master Plan. b. Utilize critical elements of the System Capacity Modeling Plan identified in Item 1 (software program, data input requirements, etc.) to develop the capacity model of the sub-basin identified.
