Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Deliver classes that help participants increase their financial literacy, increase their parenting skills, understand renter rights/ responsibilities, and improve their physical and behavioral health. 2. Develop a survey to measure participant satisfaction and learning. 3. Submit annual survey results and grant activity summary to Commerce by June 30 of each state fiscal year. 4. Classes must be made available as flexibly as possible (suggestions include evenings and weekends, free child care, easy access to classroom locations and transportation assistance). 5. Classes may also include partners, fathers or other people the participating women identify as supportive who would benefit from the information and resources.
