Specifications include, but are not limited to: The objective of this RFQQ is to contract services to operate, monitor and test the water treatment systems in accordance with the operating permits specific to each park. Water System Operations and Maintenance Services • Collaborate with State Parks representatives and equipment provider to understand the requirements for plant and system operations. • Become onsite familiar with the water treatment plants and systems including any SCADA, component PLCs and RTUs, and remote monitoring capabilities. • Review and provide recommendations for revising O&M manuals. • Review and comply with DOH permit requirements, including sampling and testing. • Operate water treatment plants during normal operations beginning on July 1, 2019 until June 30, 2022. • Provide 24 hour on-call coverage as the certified Operator in Responsible Charge (ORC) as required and defined by DOH. • Work under this agreement will include on-site presence at each facility as required by DOH regulations to ensure all systems are operating as designed, and to take necessary tests. Any failures will be immediately relayed to the State Parks representative for correction authorization or assignment for staff to correct.
