Specifications include, but are not limited to: Deliverable 1: Project Initiation and kickoff At the project initiation and kickoff, the Contractor will work with the L&I’s engagement lead to Make appropriate arrangements so that work can be conducted remotely (onboarding). Obtain access to project repositories and initial project documents for review Prepare a detailed project schedule and timeline Validate and update appropriate lists of participants to be interviewed as part of scope Validate the format and frequency of required status reporting Coordinate on scheduling a Kick‐Off meeting, identifying participants and distribution of supplemental Kick‐Off and project communications Deliverable 2: Environmental Landscape Assessment and Recommendations An Environmental Landscape Assessment (ELA) illuminates the conditions, drivers and circumstances that exist and have influence over the WCSM project. The ELA document will describe the environment at the point in time that the WCSM approaches were originally created and will highlight the changes to those circumstances that have impacted the WCSM project over time to current day. The contractor team will specifically focus on and consider will include: Business/Program context Technical context, including emerging technologies Organizational readiness/environmental factors Economy/financial context Covid‐19 environmental Impacts OCIO policy changes including the gating process QA recommendations to date
