Specifications include, but are not limited to: 4.1 Solicit input from the Board of Commissioners, Search Committee thereof, through meetings understand the role, responsibilities, qualifications, and appropriate experience needed and desired for the position. 4.2 Develop a recruitment strategy, process, and timelines for performance and completion of the work in consultation with the Search Committee. Provision for input from other stakeholders must be present on the timeline. (stakeholders may include current employees, leadership team, and key community partners). 4.3 Assist the Search Committee to develop a job description of the Executive Director position and create job posting advertisements such as a brochures, flyers, web pages, etc. which promotes the position.
