Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife (WDFW) suggests that these vegetative manipulations may have beneficially affected egg mass productivity. WDFW recognizes that sufficient summer though fall OSF habitat at WRP is key to its long-term survival. As such, WDFW’s goal is to implement site treatments and/or construct features that increase the frog’s summer-fall aquatic footprint. WDFW intends to award a Sole Source Contract to NORTHWEST LAND AND WATER, Inc, a company specialized in analytical capabilities to support water-resource development, management, and protection.
