Specifications include, but are not limited to: Providing a Work breakdown structure and a detailed plan for implementing the Solution so that the project can be completed by March of 2020. Documenting and managing all risks, potential issues, and opportunities Supporting and/or supplementing KCIT resources during the design, configuration, testing, data migration, and go-live Providing training to County personnel for managing the system if application and using the system using the best practices so that the system can be used efficiently Contractor acknowledges the County’s Go-Live date of March 2020. The Contractor agrees that critical project milestones and deadlines will need to be met in order for the Go-Live date to be achieved. Contractors shall recommend an implementation plan that takes into account KCIT milestones. Objectives The objective of this SOW is to procure and implement a county-wide Solution, which shall enable citizens to submit all the public records requests through a single portal provided through and/or integrated with the kingCounty.gov website. The Solution shall meet the requirements of the County, including: Centralized Access of the portal to King County personnel Notification generation for new requests, reminders and any other notification requirement that may be identified by the County to enable notification setup for requestors as well as staff Dashboards for viewing requests status
