Ability to connect qualifications to workforce support qualifications (such as scholarships) and incentives. Hold individual profile information that interfaces with the online learning platform and substitute qualifications. Data can interface with other systems as needed, including the state systems which can provide user profile information for DCYF employees. The registry will function as part of an interconnected framework of professional development support data systems. The workforce registry will become the system of record for the learner’s completion of training and how it meets role qualifications. The workforce registry will track information to monitor the quality assurance of training, including trainer approval, trainer renewal, and training approval.
