Specifications include, but are not limited to: Purchasing four (4) ozone transfer standards for the Department of Ecology, Air Quality Program (AQP). Per the federal Clean Air Act, the Air Quality Program monitors ozone (O3) air pollution in order to determine whether the ambient air quality in Washington State complies with federal ozone air pollution standard. The Air Quality Program is looking to replace three of its aging Ozone Transfer Standards (OTS) within its existing ozone network. These devices are used to test the accuracy of our ozone analyzers in the field and are critical to ensuring accurate ozone measurements at our monitoring sites located across the state. The OTS that the Air Quality program is looking to purchase need to meet the specifications identified herein.
