Specifications include, but are not limited to: Task 100 – Process/ Procedure/ Standards Improvement Assist WTD in the review and improvement/development of existing and/or proposed internal policies, programs, processes, standards, procedures, manuals and tools to improve their use and effectiveness in the organization. ; Task 200 – Organizational Strategies and Alignment Assist with organizational management activities to set priorities, focus energy and resources, strengthen operations, ensure that employees and other stakeholders are working toward common goals, establish agreement around intended outcomes/results, and assess and adjust the organization’s direction in response to a changing environment. ; Task 300 – Facilitation and Training Assist or perform facilitation and/or training for a variety of business needs, such as presentation and communication skills, leadership and management, team building, strategic business planning, conflict resolution, negotiation, LEAN, or continuous improvement.
