The unit, when placed in service, will be used for Emergency Management and Wildfire food service support. The unit is to be configured to support between 600 and 1200 Firefighters and support personnel for extended periods of time. The unit’s function will be to serve as a cooking and food preparation area for an average kitchen crew of six (6) food preparation personnel working inside the unit. The demands and expectations on this Food service unit is high requiring the highest in manufacturing quality, materials, and workmanship.
