Specifications include, but are not limited to: The primary project goals and objectives of the UW are to: A. Improve the UW’s LDA capabilities relating to the retention of data from applications that have been decommissioned in order to comply with applicable regulatory requirements including: a. A standard method of managing data retention and deletion to comply with multiple regulatory requirements applicable to both clinical and business data b. A uniform process to import data from applications that have been decommissioned into a LDA system B. Provide efficient and effective integration between the LDM software and multiple production systems that reference legacy data (including a variety of clinical systems including Epic, credentialing systems, and business systems) and C. Enable the UW to quickly adapt to emerging Legacy Data Archive operational requirements and accommodate changes in the UW’s business and computing infrastructure. All Products being proposed must be commercially available on or before the Proposal due date specified in Section 2 and have a minimum of 5 years of future technical support planned by the bidder. If any proposed Products are alpha, beta, or other pre-release, the Bidder must state so and describe the Product’s relative state in the development and testing cycle. UW shall at its discretion decide whether these Products are acceptable for use.
