Organizational Capabilities, Qualifications, Experience, and General Information King County seeks a Contractor to provide harassment prevention training. The provider organization should possess the following qualifications. 1. Professional, Qualified and Credentialed: Contractor and any affiliates or subcontractors shall possess relevant certifications, licenses and permits. We seek to partner with an organization that adheres to industry best practices and ethical standards, and is committed to quality improvement. 2. Experienced: Contractor shall be regularly and continuously engaged in the business of providing satisfactory harassment training for at least five years. Instructors shall have experience training a diverse, adult population in harassment prevention, and have a high capacity for conducting web-based and in-person classes in the Puget Sound region. 3. Financially and Organizationally Stable: Contractor must possess a high degree of financial and organizational stability. Proposers may be asked to submit company financial information as part of the review process. B. Account Management 1. Provide a designated, experienced account manager who shall be responsible for the County account/contract. The account manager shall provide responsive customer support, assure strong communication and coordination with the County, and be the primary contact for all issues which may arise pursuant to the account/contract. 2. Approach account management as a partnership with King County’s Employee Health and Well-Being staff; demonstrate an ongoing understanding of the composition and needs of the County’s diverse workforce. 3. Develop and sustain familiarity with County requirements and standards, and work with the County to ensure that established standards and processes will be observed.
