Specifications include, but are not limited to: The University of Washington (University) is soliciting Request for Qualifications (RFQ) from qualified partnerships, firms, corporations, joint ventures, etc. (“Developer”) to enter into a ground/air rights lease with the University for the development of the U District Station Building (UDSB) in the University District adjacent to the Seattle Campus. The University requires the ground/air rights Developer to develop the new building shell and core. As part of this development and to satisfy the City requirements for open space, the University will provide the 8,000 square foot former IHOP site across Brooklyn. As part of this development the Developer must improve this space to meet City standards for open space.
