Specifications include, but are not limited to: The feasibility study will assess current physical gatherings spaces, both public and private within the city of Bellevue, where community organizations and individuals convene to educate, celebrate, challenge and inspire Bellevue [residents] to be a welcoming and inclusive community (Cultural Comp. in the Community Rec #3). Public spaces, for the purpose of this study, are convening spaces funded or owned by local or state government that are open and accessible to all people; private spaces include commercial spaces, conference centers and venues privately owned by for-profit or non-profit organizations. The feasibility study will include the development of cross-cultural programming strength indicators informing supply and demand of multiuse, multicultural, multigenerational programs, and spaces.
