Specifications include, but are not limited to: Construction management (CM) services to King County Department of Natural Resources and Parks, Wastewater Treatment Division (WTD) for the Eastside Interceptor Section 2 Rehabilitation Phase II project (ESI2). The project will consist of: 1. The rehabilitation of approximately 3,900 linear feet of the 96-inch reinforced concrete wastewater pipe located in the city of Renton which is experiencing severe corrosion. The rehabilitation will be achieved by installing the Linabond lining system. 2. The rehabilitation of eight (8) 48-inch diameter maintenance holes by installing the Linabond lining system. 3. Bypass of dry weather season flows during construction, up to 45 million gallons per day. The bypass system includes: a. The installation of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) bypass piping, estimated to be three (3) 24-inch lines. Anticipated bypass pipeline route totals 4,200 feet for a total of 12,600 feet of bypass piping. Installation includes an estimated 3,300 feet of trenched temporary piping. b. The construction of a temporary bypass suction pit upstream of the proposed rehabilitation. c. The construction of a temporary bypass discharge downstream of the proposed rehabilitation.
