Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Complete an inventory of the Carbon River Corridor, and produce a detailed report and mapping including, but not limited to, the following topics: land ownership and easements, natural resources, recreation, public access, and cultural and historic resources. 2. Complete landowner and stakeholder interviews and report on the results. 3. Research and report on cooperative partnership examples for public and private entities to work together to develop and manage visitor services. 4. Develop materials for stakeholder outreach based on the topics described above. 5. Write and present the Cooperative Action Plan based on recommendations from Executive and Steering committees. 6. Attend Executive and Steering committee meetings and outreach events, as necessary. The work will require: • Review and analysis of existing documents including studies, survey data, drawings, and property encumbrances • Physical inspection/inventory of existing property • Research, Interviewing, and attention to detail in reporting • Developing easy-to-understand maps and graphics for the general public
