Specifications include, but are not limited to: Branding: The branding concepts, developed by WSAC, included a list of possible names for the framework, prioritized through internal surveys. These names will be provided to the vendor as a complement to the additional naming options developed in the scope of the contract. • Marketing research: In the survey of similar state endeavors, WSAC has identified critical and effective message concepts that can be incorporated into marketing products developed through this contract. The marketing products will also take into account anticipated educational barriers for our target audiences (e.g. financial limitations, time/work constraints, or childcare demands) and ensure that final messages address those audience concerns.
