Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City has a need for architectural and engineering, and related professional services including survey, design, geotechnical, environmental documentation, right-of-way services, and construction management for various projects scheduled for design and construction in 2019, 2020, and 2021. Projects may vary from needing complete architectural & engineering services, construction management support to construction inspection only. In addition the City may have a need for On-call Stormwater Review for Development Services(2020-2021), On-call Construction Material Testing (2019-2020), On-Call Surveying Services (2020-2021) and On-Call Environmental and Geotechnical Consulting Services (2020-2021). The projects needing the above mentioned services include the following: A. Horizontal Curve Warning Signs: Provide current MUTCD standard curve warning signs and associated ADA and utility work at horizontal curves for arterials and major collectors citywide. There is no UDBE goal for the consultant agreement. Funding Source: Federal – City Safety Program. Year of expenditure 2019. B. 47th Ave SW / SW Dash Point Road (SR 509) Compact Roundabout: This project includes design and construction of a compact roundabout including pavement widening, HMA overlay, modular block retaining walls, storm drainage, street lighting, signage, striping and pavement markings, and landscape restoration. There is no UDBE goal for the consultant agreement. Funding Source: Federal – City Safety Program. Years of expenditure 2019-2020. C. Lakota Middle School – SW Dash Point Road Sidewalk Project: Construct sidewalk, planter strip, bicycle lane, and street lighting on the south side of SW Dash Point Road between 21st Ave SW and 100 feet southwest of SW 312th Street. Add bicycle lane signage and markings to north side of street within the project limits. Upgrade existing pedestrian crossings and curb ramps at 21st Ave SW to current ADA standards. Extend reduced speed school zone through SW 312th intersection. Work with WSDOT to reduce posted speed limit to 35 MPH through project limits. Prepare Cultural Resource Assessment and obtain DAHP concurrence. There is no UDBE goal for the consultant agreement. Funding Source (partial pending): StateTIB plus Federal - SRTS. Years of expenditure 2019-2020. D. SW 320th Street (11th Ave SW to 3rd Pl SW) – Pavement Preservation: HMA overlay including the upgrade of facilities to meet ADA standards, pavement repair and pavement markings. There is no UDBE goal for the consultant agreement. Funding Source (pending): assume Federal funding. Years of expenditure 2020 to 2021.
