Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Vancouver Housing Authority invites qualified vendors to propose and submit a solution for the addition of an access control system that will manage access to new gates and connect to the existing laundry room FOB system or replace with a new FOB reader that matches the gate system. The proposed solution should incorporate FOB access and should be durable, responsive, tamperproof, and waterproof. All required wiring power and low voltage, conduit, trenching, backfill, and landscaping repair should be included in the proposal. All gates labeled A.1 are to have a reader installed. Please refer to Attachment D – Drawing and Specifications. Additionally, the system must include, at a minimum, a one-year workmanship warranty.
