Specifications include, but are not limited to: The CCH business hours are 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday through Friday. Some agencies withinthe CCH operate 24 hours a day, seven days a week, although the building is not open to thepublic at all times. The County intends to provide security staff for the CCH Monday throughFriday, from 10 a.m. through 7 p.m., and desires to have one security staff at the CCH duringthose hours. In the event a security staff cannot cover an entire ten hour shift, the Contractorshall ensure that a smooth transition occurs between staff. Security will need to work certainholidays where the building will be open for some tenants.Security will be expected to patrol inside and outside the building, including the parking areas,and ensuring the building's tobacco free policy is followed. In case of emergency, security willcall 911. The Veterans Administration police patrol the campus, but are not responsible for theCCH building or its parking areas. The County intends that the Contractor will have a backupstaff trained and ready to take on CCH duties if needed
