Specifications include, but are not limited to: The project entails the design, installation, and configuration, programming, of an advanced security system, access control system, cameras, and other alarms. The system's key features and requirements include: 1. Access Control: • Door access control (prox card), preferably able to be managed through Alarm.com. • 11 Doors needing prox car access. Low voltage wiring is already installed. Please see attached diagram for doors, electrified hinges, and single vs. double doors. • 2 Sets of Double Door is ADA access only, no prox access. • Access control system is desired to be managed via "Cloud" and integrate into our Microsoft Azure environment. (Example, if a user is disable in our Tenant, then it would also disable prox card access. • Access control is desired to have robust reporting capabilities, including ability to generate auto-reports and send via e-mail. • Ability to notify to multiple parties through email, phone, text, phone apps. • Any software, cloud or otherwise, should meet modern security best practices for encryption, MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication), and details on how any County data would be stored if Cloud based. 2. Security Cameras: • 11 Exterior Cameras (Please see attached diagram for camera locations) Low voltage is already installed • 2 or 3 interior cameras with audio capabilities • Minimum retention of 30 days • Will consider on-premise and cloud solutions. Lewis County uses and is familiar with Alibi records on-premise. 3. Alarms: • Minimum 3 wireless panic buttons that can be monitored through Alarm.com.
