Specifications include, but are not limited to: Tenant improvements of 1800 square feet of locker rooms, restrooms and a janitor closet. Demolition includes but is not limited to interior partition walls, interior doors and an interior stair. Existing interior doors will be salvaged and relocated. Work includes new light gauge steel stud wall framing. Interior finishes are a resinous flooring system, carpet tile, gypsum wall board, fiberglass wall coverings, acoustical tile and gypsum ceilings, engineered quartz countertop, vinyl wall coverings, and paint. The Owner will provide signage for installation by the Contractor. Mechanical work includes plumbing fixtures, including showers, sinks, toilets, urinal, mop sink, and modification of the existing fire protection system. Ducting in the locker rooms will be exposed to view. Electrical system work includes power and LED lighting.
