Community Transit needs an SMIS to establish a centralized method for users to report safety and security incidents, accidents, near misses, and hazards and provide the necessary tools to identify and manage safety events and respond effectively to these events, continuously improving their safety and security performance. The system will enable efficient data collection, tracking, and storage. It will also capture decisions, assignments, and actionable recommendations. The system should meet the following requirements: 1. SaaS, web-based, vendor-hosted solution. 2. Web-based access for the following devices: desktops, laptops, tablets, and mobile devices. 3. Incident and Risk management capabilities. DESCRIBE 4. Single sign-on (SSO) integration. 5. Multi-factor authorization (MFA). 6. Mobile application support for iOS and Android. 7.
