Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Washougal is soliciting proposals from experienced firms or teams of firms capable of providing services to the City for the Risk and Resilience Assessment and Emergency Response Plan. The selected firm will perform a comprehensive all-hazards physical and cyber security Risk and Resilience Assessment (RRA) of all assets in the Citys water distribution system. The intent is to update the identified risk and resilience strategies using both traditional and non-traditional solutions to ensure the continued safety and security of the water distribution system for all employees, ratepayers, and the residents within City of Washougal in compliance with Section 2013 of Americas Water Infrastructure Act (AWIA) of 2018.
