Specifications include, but are not limited to: DSHS intends to contract with NRI-Inc. to assist its Hospitals in meeting current ORYX® requirements, to meet Inpatient Psychiatric Facilities Quality Reporting (IPF QR) program requirements of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) and to provide the Hospitals with reports for quality improvement and management activities. NRI-Inc. serves as an aggregator, collator and reporter of data submitted by the Provider. NRIInc. makes no changes or modifications to the data that is received from the Provider other than to protect identifying health information, and to analyze the data received as described in the Guide. Provider shall collect and electronically report performance measurement data to NRI-Inc. or its designated agent, in accordance with the Behavioral Healthcare Performance Measurement System Implementation Guide. Provider shall designate performance measures to be transmitted to The Joint Commission and performance measures to be transmitted to CMS. Provider shall meet applicable The Joint Commission requirements in regards to type and/or specificity of measures, as may be amended from time to time by The Joint Commission.
