Specifications include, but are not limited to: hese include: 1. Architectural and engineering studies. 2. Evaluations, analyses, cost estimates, design reports, designs and technical specifications and construction drawings for modifications to bus transit and related transportation facilities, such as passenger facilities; operations and maintenance facilities; and industrial office facilities. 3. Deliverable products must include consideration of issues particular to urban settings, including crime prevention and environmental issues; architectural compatibility with adjacent buildings; and compatibility with applicable codes. 1. Progress reporting, including a status update of all active work orders with comparison of planned vs. actual schedules, planned vs. actual expenditures, and earned value. 2. Project team management and coordination. 3. Meeting organization, facilitation, and documentation. 4. Develop overall project schedules, budgets, and work breakdown structures (WBS). This may also include general administration tasks related to project planning and development. 2. Establish project horizontal and vertical control points. 3. Establish and provide base map information with survey data collected with 2-foot contour intervals except for sensitive areas (wetlands, creeks, and streams) and floodway mitigation/compensation areas where a 1-foot contour interval shall be used. 4. Provide topographic mapping for the project including project site and adjacent roadways, side streets, storm drainage, mitigation areas, and any other needed areas
