Specifications include, but are not limited to: Central Washington University (CWU, the University, Central) intends to contract for the purchase, implementation, training, and maintenance associated with a comprehensive, fully integrated multi‐user Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. CWU staff will have the responsibility for inputting and maintaining all records in‐house; these functions will not be out‐sourced to the software vendor. The University’s preference is for a Software as a Service (SaaS) or hosted solution for a Customer Relationship Management System (CRM). Expectations of New System: The ability to manage and monitor the following items: students throughout the admissions funnel, communications, travel management, events management, real‐ time reporting, and risk management. Integration: ERP PeopleSoft – specifically Campus Solutions 9.2. Modern user friendly platform that is both mobile and PC compatible. Configurable framework for file/data loads, to alleviate technical support ticket for changing business requirements. CWU prefers a Software as a Service (SaaS) or hosted solution for Customer Relationship Management System (CRM).
