Conduct a total compensation analysis to provide CWU with an accurate assessment of how its compensation plan compares with the selected labor market. The total compensation analysis includes the employer cost for benefits including but not limited to: base salary, PERS, Social Security, etc. Conduct a comprehensive survey of external regional labor market impacting the Kittitas County area job market for all positions. This shall include public sector and private sector jobs with the same essential duties and functions. This will include a review and market analysis of salary and benefits.
