The Contractor shall collect all cones from the specified families trees and load to the shipping crate or be considered to be in default. The Contractor shall not collect cones from unmarked trees without the consent of the Department. 2.4.2 Given that the crop expected to be collect is 1000 -1200 bushels. The Department of Forestry requires the contractor will be harvesting from trees into crates at a rate of 100 - 120 bushels per day. If this rate is not met for three (3) consecutive days, the Department of Forestry will notify the contractor immediately and proceed to necessary adjustments to meet the goal of 120 bushels per day. If the desired rate is not still met, the Department may bring in more labor on the contractor’s expense .
