Pricing details should be described for discounted rates and a subsidized price structure. It is anticipated that the payment structure of the contract awarded from this RFP will be based on a voluntary not-to-exceed per employee per month amount paid directly by the employee, and to be determined, if any, amount to be subsidized by DHRM. However, DHRM will consider proposals to structure payments in a different manner and reserves the right to select any payment structure that is in the Commonwealth’s best interests.
