Specifications include, but are not limited to: Water turbines provided by the Contractor shall meet or exceed the below requirements: a. Line 1 – 3” Omni C2 Compound Meter, or approved equal i. Meter shall be able to register at flow rates as low as 0.5 gpm; ii. Meter must provide flow input as well as a totalizer and provide for the measurement and reporting of low flows; iii. The output shall be a two-wire high speed output of dry contact, 12VDC or 24VDC pulse indicating volume constant that can be timed to calculate flow rate. Dry contact, closing circuit to ground, preferred; iv. Meter shall be water-tight and capable of being operational while completely submerged in up to 5’ of water for long periods of time. b.
