Specifications include, but are not limited to: The service provider will be responsible for providing the design, fabrication, programming, and commissioning of a control panel interface and accompanying modifications to the LRWWTP SCADA system. The interface will contain all necessary parts and programming to communicate with the station equipment, the LRWWTP SCADA system, and the LRWWTP MSSQL Server database. The offeror will ensure that all operator and programming logic is delivered as requested unless explicitly approved in writing by the Project Manager. Final hardware layouts, electrical schematics, and programming documentation will be supplied to LRWWTP along with training sessions for three plant crews at the close of the project. The awarded service provider will attend at least two onsite review meetings, to be determined, and weekly status calls for the duration of the project. A. Panel Interface Functional Requirements: 1. Ability to be manually toggled controls between three dumping stations 2. Ability to receive Hauler ID via barcode scan 3. Ability to receive Manifest Number via keypad with “Yes” and “No” entry 4. Ability to receive Contract Flag via keypad entry 5. Ability to indicate delivery information verification success or failure 6. Ability to detect waste hose connection through proximity sensor at each station 7. Ability to detect discrete flow sensor output at each station 8. Ability to detect and control digital inlet valve status at each station 9. Ability to interface with Teledyne ISCO sampler and pH meter via hardwire or Ethernet 10. Ability to alarm valve and sampler faults through 120V lights at each station 11. Ability to control flush water solenoids at each station 12. Ability to control site trough water solenoid on daily timer 13. Ability to control site trough water solenoid after user-adjustable idle time 14. Ability to display station instructions and info through sunlight readable display
