Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. The successful offeror, also referred to herein as “Contractor”, should provide vending machines at any requested Town location or facility. 2. The Contractor should furnish all labor, materials, food, supplies, and equipment necessary to operate vending services. 3. The Contractor should maintain all vending machines and provide routine maintenance of all machine components on a regular basis as recommended by the manufacturer. 4. The Contractor should promptly repair machines as necessary. Upon notification of a broken or malfunctioning machine, a repair technician should respond to the call within one (1) business day. Repairs should be made at no cost to the Town. 5. The Contractor should provide a refund policy to guarantee timely refunds to the customer. The refund policy and directions for obtaining refunds should be noted on each provided vending machine. The Town should not be responsible for refunds.
