Specifications include, but are not limited to: Registration Tables (2) on outside of meeting rooms for Day 1 and Day 2. Parking: Sufficient parking space shall be available to accommodate up to 65 attendees and staff, at no additional charge. Designated Conference Registration site: 12 ft. registration table with cloth table cover; 4 chairs and a waste basket. Room available from 12:00pm (noon)-5:00pm Day 1 Room needed from 7:00am – 5:00pm day 2 Room needed from 7:00 am – 12:00 pm day 3 Room set up with Round tables with 8 chairs per table to accommodate approximately 6 5 attendees. A Table near podium for Facilitators with cloth table covers. Lunch shall accommodate approximately 65 people-Served at approx. 12:00 noon on day 2 provided in separate room, (within allowable state per-diem).
