Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Provide technical information to revise and update existing Town-wide and site specific safety programs. Provide safety program reviews, ensure all Town Departments and Divisions are meeting State and Federal OSHA regulations and requirements. Prepare new site specific programs and training, if required, and incorporate all mandatory changes into all Town safety programs. A list of the Towns safety programs are listed below. B. Review existing Town Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) programs to address hazards, PPE use and maintenance, employee training, and monitoring of programs to ensure ongoing effectiveness. C. Contractor shall be responsible for updating the twelve (12) Town Wide Programs Manuals listed below. EXISTING SAFETY PROGRAMS Town Wide Programs 1. General Safety & Health Program 2.
