Specifications include, but are not limited to: The project scope consists of the construction of a new 41,766 square foot Spittle Office Building Addition with associated site work and expanded parking capacity (the Project). The new addition is constructed on three levels. The top two levels align with the floor levels of the existing building, with the lowest level completely below grade on the west side and walking out at grade on the east. The Spittle Office Building Addition is designed to appear as a seamless extension of the existing building, while incorporating more contemporary glass elements. The building is oriented to conform to the existing site grades and extends northward toward the wooded end of the site. New parking capacity of one-hundred (100) spaces will be added to the west of the addition, accessed from a new vehicle entry off County Complex Court and connected through the site to the existing parking lots. The Spittle Office Building Addition is designed for Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Certification in accordance with U.S. Green Building Council requirements.
