Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Transport clients (between the age of 5-18) to various appointments including parenting time/family visitation, school, medical/therapeutic appointments, and independent living events/activities. 2. Provide all dispatch and ride management services through a phone app and/or website that handles customer service operations. 3. Dispatch vehicles in such a way that there will be no missed scheduled trips in the event of a driver’s absence, an in-service breakdown or any other service-related problems. 4. Provide a transportation system that includes immediate transportation, an emergency demand response, individual rides created as needed, pre-scheduled rides that may be a one-time occurrence or ongoing, and pooled rides.
