A. Social Media Management Requirements. Shall include, but not be limited to, the following: 1. Accommodate at least 10 users and allow for growth through adding users and teams, adding social media profiles, and receiving portal updates. 2. Solution must integrate with Microsoft Entra ID and require multi-factor authentication. 3. Any AI usage by the proposed solution must be approved by County IT prior to being used. 4. Manage at least 25 social profiles with the capacity to increase that amount. 5. Connect to Facebook, Twitter/X, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google My Business, Yelp. 6. Be accessible online from Windows or Mac. 7. Provide access to a mobile application with content posting and post approving capabilities. 8. Provide an Asset Library with 1TB or more of storage. 9. Integrate with other portals such as Canva, Adobe, OneDrive. 10. Provide a customizable approval process for up to three levels of approval, with portal accounts for at least 10 approvers or a secure email approval process. 11. Have the ability to easily post to multiple social platforms with templates for recommended image size and text length for each social platform. 12. Have the ability to add alt text to visual elements for accessibility. 13. Provide scheduling content that shall: a. Recommend ideal dates and times for optimal audience engagement. b. Have an exportable calendar link to share with non-users. 14. Provide Master pause/stop buttons for all schedules. 15. Provide a consolidated inbox that shall have the ability to save canned messages for times of emergency or recurring questions with an option for internal communication and notetaking 16. Have customizable user permissions and groups, and customizable user dashboard based on those permissions. 17. Have the ability to add tags to track campaigns and topics. 18. Have the ability to purchase, customize and track paid campaigns. 19. Provide Reports that shall: a. Be customizable to provide thorough analytics of post-performance. b. Automatically send scheduled reports to a user’s email. c. Have the ability to separate reports for organic versus paid posts. d. Have an exportable report link to share with non-users.
