Specifications include, but are not limited to: 5.1.1 Establish and operate a therapeutic treatment program that provides case consultation; assessment; and individual, group, and/or family treatment for those youth charged with sexual offenses and court-ordered to be evaluated and/or court-ordered to participate in treatment. 5.1.2 Provide assessment and treatment services at various locations within the County. Services must be scheduled at times which are convenient for the youth and the Juvenile Court Services Unit JCSU. Evening and weekend staff availability is required. After receipt of initial referral, contact must be made with the holding facility within seventy-two (72) hours to schedule face to face assessment, which then must be held within seven (7) business days of initial referral. 5.1.3 Receive sex offense treatment forms from the Probation Officer (PO) for case assignment. The referral process will be uniform for all youth.
