Specifications include, but are not limited to: Disassemble and dispose of existing circulation desk. Construct and assemble a new circulation desk, in accordance with attached specifications and drawings. Contractor shall provide Dumpster, if used, and shall be located in coordination with library staff and will be removed within two (2) calendar days after completion and acceptance of work. Workplace will be left clean at the end of each work day Early entry to the site will be coordinated with library manager and subject to their approval. Personnel will check-in and identify themselves to Kathleen Burns, the branch manager upon first arrival at the worksite Personnel will be afforded restroom services of the library An optional pre-bid conference will be held at the site at 1:00 pm November 27, 2017 Offsite pre-construction of sections of the desk is encouraged. Limited space is available outside the building, next to the parking lot. The area is not covered. Contractor shall be prepared to make individual arrangements due to limited uncovered space near parking lot. Contractor responsible for getting pre-approval from Branch Manager if on-site area is to be utilized.
