Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. A reliable, end-user friendly system. Depending on location, lighting conditions and area to be covered, proposed cameras should provide clear image and at least 30 pixel-per-foot (PFF) resolution; 2. Integration/unification with Emergency Communication and Access Control (Identicard PremiSys) systems; 3. Expandability capacity up to 450 cameras; 4. Enhanced improvements and capabilities to conduct operations and criminal investigations; 5. Reduced operational and maintenance costs and number of licenses. To meet this requirement, the Medical School suggestion is to use a combination of IP dome and multi-sensor cameras with 360° and 180° panoramic views; 6. Enhanced system security encryption.
