Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Develop, document and implement timelines for the entire relocation process and the re-establishment of the tenant departments in the new buildings. 2. Prepare and coordinate detailed move schedule to ensure all move related personnel are working efficiently in order for the relocation of each department to be achieved within the prescribed deadlines. 3. Provide detailed instructions to employees for move preparation. 4. Provide all moving related materials (including boxes, packaging, tape, etc.). These materials shall be provided to NNPS staff as soon as practicable after award of contract. 5. Provide disassembly and re-assembly of items needing to be disassembled. 6. Assist staff in preparation for the move, to include packing of existing furniture, fixtures, file cabinets, files, boxes, equipment, inventory, etc. as identified. 7. Coordinate move of existing property with the arrival of new property, purchased under separate contract.
