Specifications include, but are not limited to: A.Removal and relocation of existing furniture, equipment, wall mounted chalk and whiteboards, and/or other items to be salvaged and re-used as noted in the Related Documents;B.Removal, demolition and disposal of existing fixturesand/or finishes including but not limited to raised flooring; framing; built in shelves; and/or other building components as noted in the Related Documents;C.Cutting, patching and replacement of existing framing/doors/and other building components or accessories as noted in the Related Documents;D.Repair of drywall (on metal stud or CMU/Masonry wall assemblies) affected by demolition related to the work as noted in the Related Documents;E.Installation of new carpet tilefloor(in coordination with surface mounted electrical systems provided by others); new wall base; new drop ceilings and frame; paint; and other relatedfinishes as noted in the Related Documents;F.Installation of new solid core interior doors and frames with all associated hardwareas noted in specifications; G.Installation of new and/or relocation of existing electrical circuits and components, including but not limited to lighting; wall mounted outlet and switch plates; and asnoted in the Related Documents; (Data provided and installed by others, to include Demo, UON in the Related Documents).H.Provision of competent management and supervision of the project at all times;I.This is an indoor, occupiedconstruction project –care will be taken to contain all dust/debris, ensuring that adjacent areas will not be contaminated during construction (See PART 3:“Execution” for more detail and see specifications onthe Related Documents); J.Thorough cleaning will be provided on this project site for the duration of construction and will occur prior to official close out of this project.
