Specifications include, but are not limited to: A.Removal and relocation of existing furniture, equipment, wall mounted chalk and white boards, and/or other items to be salvaged and re-used as noted in the Related Documents;B.Temporary removal and reinstallation of existing sprinkler systems as noted in the Related Documents.C.Removal, demolition and disposal of existing fixtures and/or finishes including but not limited to particle boards covering windows in glazed walls; equipment; framing; cabinetry, sinks and/or other building components as noted in the Related Documents;D.Cutting, patching and replacement of existing framing/doors/and other building components or accessories as noted in the Related Documents;E.Repair of drywall (on metal stud or CMU/Masonry wall assemblies) affected by demolition related to the work as noted in the Related Documents;F.Installation of new VCT floor; wall base; drop ceilings and frame; paint; and other related finishes as noted in the Related Documents;G.Installation of new solid core interior doors and frames with all associated hardware as noted in specifications; H.Installation of new and/or relocation of existing electrical circuits and components, including but not limited to lighting; wall mounted outlet and switch plates; and as noted in the Related Documents; (Data provided and installed by others, to include Demo, UON in the Related Documents).I.Provision of competent management and supervision of the project at all times; J.This is an indoor, occupied construction project – care will be taken to contain all dust/debris, ensuring that adjacent areas will not be contaminated during construction (See PART 3: “Execution” for more detail and see specifications on the Related Documents); K.Thorough cleaning will be provided on this project site for the duration of construction and will occur prior to official close out of this project.
