Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. It is James Madison University’s intent to establish a term contract for preventative maintenance services for Cage Washers, Glass Washers, Boilers and Auto Claves which are installed in several buildings on campus. Contractor services required shall include, but not be limited to, trained/experienced personnel, all labor, tools, supplies, materials, parts (OEM tested) and equipment necessary to provide the routine preventative maintenance inspections, repairs/adjustments during inspections, call-back repair services and special repair service for all equipment listed in the Background and repeated in the Pricing Schedule. B. James Madison University reserves the right to include additional equipment and/or remove equipment to be serviced as necessary throughout the term of this contract. C. The Contractor shall provide comprehensive preventive maintenance and quality assurance to ensure all equipment covered under this contract operates with maximum dependability and efficiency. Successful contract performance shall include prevention or early detection and correction of deficiencies, proper repair and use of test equipment to prevent equipment damage during repairs or inspections. D. All work performed shall be in accordance with the equipment manufacturer’s recommendations and guidelines along with all applicable codes and regulations. Technicians performing work on the equipment are to be Certified Factory Trained and ISO Technicians.
