Specifications include, but are not limited to: Police Officer 1. Conduct job analysis. 2. Work closely with NNPD and Human Resources to develop a test for the applicants. 3. Contractor shall include recommendations for the development of written examinations, background questionnaires and oral review boards for screening applicants. 4. Contractor shall be prepared to serve as an expert witness whenever legal challenges are made; MPO 1. Conduct job analysis. 2. Prepare assessment center exercises. 3. Work with NNPD to score exercises for pass/fail.; 1. Contractor will conduct a job analysis of applicable positions. 2. Written examinations will be developed for two (2) positions: Sergeant and Lieutenant. The Contractor will work closely with NNPD and the Department of Human Resources to identify relevant test orientation and test dates, test locations, other administrative details and will prepare candidates’ test - score letters
