Specifications include, but are not limited to: a. Payment of all utilities (electricity, gas, water, etc.) b. Garbage disposal and recycling c. Pest control d. Preventative maintenance, repairs and major maintenance (e.g., roof and HVAC system replacement) of the building, all building systems and grounds. e. Provision and required testing and maintenance of security and fire and life safety systems. 2. The Offeror must demonstrate financial responsibility and sufficient resources to implement and operate the facility. The Offeror shall provide appropriate financial and business plan information in their proposal for the County to determine their financial capability to operate the Pet Adoption Center. 4. The Contractor shall be responsible for collecting, reporting and paying for all applicable federal, state and local taxes associated with the performance of the services. 5. The Contractor shall be responsible for any/all necessary health and other permits and inspections related to the operation of the facility as required by federal, state and local laws, codes and regulations for its operations.
