Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Floors - Hardwood floors, vinyl tiled floors and carpeted floors including stairways shall be swept, damp mopped or vacuumed as appropriate for the surface, ensuring particular attention to entry way areas to remove any build up of dirt and encrustations. Spot clean the carpeting to remove spills. Vacuum all carpet surfaces. 2. Wax and buff the hardwood floors throughout office location twice yearly. Strip, clean and wax vinyl tiled floors in offices, twice yearly. Unless otherwise stated twice yearly services to be performed mid January and mid June. Contractor must incorporate cost of these services into billing for the requisite months. CRHA reserves the right to order additional services at the specified unit service price. CRHA reserves the right to delete performance of this service. 3. Walls and Furnishings - Dust and remove smudges from all wall surfaces, switch-plates, equipment, baseboards, doors, door frames, shelves, tabletops and counter tops throughout the building. 4. Kitchen Areas - Clean the interior and exterior of microwave ovens. Replenish hand soap and towels. Clean all countertops, tabletops, shelving units, and exterior surfaces of cabinets removing all dirt, debris, spills and smudges. Clean water coolers removing all dirt, spills and smudges including drip trays and any grime built up in crevices. Carefully rinse cleaning residues from the spigots. Clean exterior surfaces of coffee makers free of spills and encrusted grime. Once each week, kitchen sinks are to be scoured to a clean bright condition removing all residues from crevices and around fixtures. When sinks are scoured, clean drain-boards free of dirt, spills and debris. Clean the interior and exterior of refrigerators at the end of each cleaning week. Replace towels in dispensers as needed. 5. Windows and Entryways - Clean all blinds and interior windowsills and frames. All glass surfaces shall be cleaned with window cleaner and free from streaks. 6. Waste Receptacles - Empty and wipe clean wastebaskets, kitchen trashcans and ashtrays. Change wastebasket and trashcan liners each service. 7. Restrooms – Clean wall surfaces, including toilet partitions and partition doors free of all splash marks, dirt and grime. Clean the exterior and interior surfaces of the toilets and urinals. Toilet and urinal interior shall be scoured and sanitized. All wash basins or sinks shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized removing all grime and residue from crevices and around fixtures. All glass surfaces and mirrors shall be cleaned with window cleaner and free from streaks. Clean the floors removing all spills, dirt, and encrusted grime paying particular attention to crevices around toilets and urinals. Empty, clean and sanitize waste receptacles. Replenish hand soap, towels, toilet seat covers, waste receptacle liners and tissue as needed.
